How can you bring sunshine into your home all year round!
Simply by changing your light bulbs!
Low Energy Full Spectrum Light Bulbs provide the closes thing to natural daylight you could get!
They deliver the full spectral distribution of light bar the harmful UVA and UVB frequencies.
Not only is this light the best light to work and read by, but this health giving ambient natural daylight at home helps to lift you from the depressing gloom outside.
In Autumn and Winter especially, we all live almost a kind of artificially lit existence wondering from an artificially lit home in the mornings to an artificially lit work place during the day and back to an artificially lit home at night, never seeing the light of day!
Low Energy Full Spectrum Daylight Bulbs help break this monotonous existence. You open your doors after a days work, switch on the light to be bathed by a warm glow of natural full spectrum light.
You feel the vibes instantly!
What a homecoming!

How sunlight may prevent Multiple Sclerosis MS
Spending more time exposed to natural daylight may reduce the likelihood of developing Multiple Sclerosis MS in later life, a disease forwhich there is no known cure.
Three times more women are affected than men.
Scientists in California studied 70 pairs of twins one of whom had MS and the other not.
When they analysed their childhood exposure to the suns rays they found that those who spent more time outdoors were up to 40% less likely to develop the incurable condition in later life.
The findings published in the Journal of Neurology support earlier evidence that sunshine may help prevent the wasting disease.
It remains unclear how the suns rays might work but one theory is that they help keep the immune system in check possibly by stimulating production of Vitamin D.
